David is a litigation associate who concentrates on commercial disputes, financial regulatory actions, and insolvency cases. He has deep knowledge on issues concerning high net worth individuals, financial institutions, and listed companies.  Previously, he has experience handling matters involving injunction proceedings, cross-border insolvency proceedings, schemes of arrangement and investigations by the Securities and Futures Commission.
